Annie's Fan Page

ANNIE--While she may not be recognized by your average princess-loving little girl, Annie Hughes from "The Iron Giant" is quite the heroine in her own right. She is a hard-working single mother, someone who loves her son dearly and sees the good in him and in others people dismiss because of their misfit status. She is not perfect--she gets tired, angry, and flustered at times--she is human. Her design is classic and simple, her outfits true to the time period and attractive. Her to-die-for red hair and green eyes are naturally pretty and her voicing is understated acting at its best. Annie in one word is CARING. My favorite line--"Now I do."
